Introduction

This page is designed to help you recover emails that you may have deleted, and then have subsequently emptied your deleted items folder. For detailed information about mail retention, backup and recovery procedures, please view Email: Mail Retention, Backup and Restore Guidance. Please note that these emails are not stored indefinitely once they are emptied from the deleted items folder and if a long period of time has elapsed then they may not be recoverable.

If you wish to recover email using the Outlook mail client, please follow the instructions at the bottom of the following page: Email: Mail Retention, Backup and Restore Guidance.
