From time to the time the keyboard may stop responding. To fix this, detach and re-attach the keyboard. If this doesn't work, restart your device

The surface dock ethernet connection is not working

  1. Ensure that the ethernet cable is securely connected to the dock and to the wall
  2. If you still don't have a connection, disconnect and reconnect power to the Surface Dock.
